<br />ACCESSIBLE ROUTE TO THE ADJACENT PUBLIC SIDEWALK. McDONALD'S ALSO PLANS TO REMODEL
<br />THE EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR OF THEIR EXISTING RESTAURANT, TO REMODEL THEIR RESTROOMS
<br />TO CREATE A MODERN EXPERIENCE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS, TO REVISE THE BUILDING SIGNAGE,
<br />AND TO MODIFY THEIR DRIVE THRU. AS PART OF THE REVISIONS MCDONALD'S IS SEEKING
<br />WAIVERS FOR THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF REQUIRED PARKING SPACES, AND THE MINIMUM
<br />AMOUNT OF REQUIRED LANDSCAPING.

<br />SECONDARY FRONTAGE, RESULTING IN THREE TOTAL WALL SIGNS, ONE EACH ON THE SOUTH,
<br />EAST, AND WEST ELEVATIONS. AREA OF ALL WALL SIGNS TO COMPLY WITH SIGN CODE.
<br />2. NUMBER OF DISPLAY SIGNS (SIGN CODE 4.4) "PLACEMENT OF ONE ADDITIONAL DISPLAY SIGN FOR
<br />EACH DRIVE-THRU LANE, RESULTING IN TWO PRE -BROWSE AND TWO MENU BOARDS (FOUR
<br />DISPLAY SIGNS TOTAL). CUMULATIVE AREA OF ALL DISPLAY SIGNS TO COMPLY WITH SIGN CODE.
<br />3. HEIGHT OF SIGNS (SIGN CODE 4.11.B) REQUESTING A 3-FOOT 6-INCH TALL SIGN ON THE EAST AND

<br />TRAFFIC, WHICH REPLACES 5 EXISTING SPACES. EXISTING PARKING AGREEMENT RECORDED
<br />DECEMBER 16, 1993 PROVIDES ADDITIONAL SPACES OFF -SITE.
<br />5. LANDSCAPE COVERAGE (CDDSG 1.4.B) "REQUESTING A TOTAL LANDSCAPE COVERAGE OF 22.4%
<br />INSTEAD OF THE REQUIRED 30%. THE EXISTING MISSING LANDSCAPING IS BEING REPLACED. NEW
<br />SCREENING FOLIAGE ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE PROPERTY IS PROPOSED WHERE LANDSCAPING
