xv - Art in the Park: Kathy M. and Maryan reviewed the status of the Art in the Park
with the city.

XVI - End of Year Report: Susan M. gave an update on the status of the End of Year
Report of how we used SCFD funds. She stressed "collaboration and innovation" in the
report. She agreed to distribute a draft copy for review. Don. A. noted that the SCFD
likes anecdotes about events. Tara will send Jim P. the financials. Kathy M. requested a
copy of the final report. Julie noted that some of this info can be used in next year's grant
application. Don A. initiated a discussion of how to account for volunteer time.

XVII-Recap of Completed Events and Discussion of Future Events: Lynn recapped the
Young Artists and noted that the event more than paid for itself ($68 profit) through the
sale of greeting cards. This was a good collaboration with the LAA.

Andy gave a recap on the Olde Town Swing Band Concert on December 12. It was
suggested that we increase the senior/junior price from $6 to $8 to make it more
equitable. Fate Nepon and Bob Schlesinger will perform on Friday, January 16, and
former board member Barb LeBlanc is organizing a concert with Scott Vonn and Reed
Foehl on Feb 13. Andy is planning the Jayme Stone Quartet concert on March 20, and
Julie and Maryan are planning the Choosing June show on May 8.

The summer concert series was discussed and it was agree to have four concerts on June
18,25,9, and 16. The budget will be $3600. Jim P. volunteered to help Andy out with
the shows.

Julie K. talked about having a summer film series, possibly at Steinbaugh Pavillion.

Don A. talked about plans for the Ppetry Slam with the Youth Advisory Board.

XVIII-Discussion Items for Next Meeting Feb 19th due on Tuesday Feb 10.
(This meeting was later cancelled and discussion items for the March 19 meeting are due
Tuesday, March 10.)
