<br />xv - Art in the Park: Kathy M. and Maryan reviewed the status of the Art in the Park <br />with the city. <br /> <br />XVI - End of Year Report: Susan M. gave an update on the status of the End of Year <br />Report of how we used SCFD funds. She stressed "collaboration and innovation" in the <br />report. She agreed to distribute a draft copy for review. Don. A. noted that the SCFD <br />likes anecdotes about events. Tara will send Jim P. the financials. Kathy M. requested a <br />copy of the final report. Julie noted that some of this info can be used in next year's grant <br />application. Don A. initiated a discussion of how to account for volunteer time. <br /> <br />XVII-Recap of Completed Events and Discussion of Future Events: Lynn recapped the <br />Young Artists and noted that the event more than paid for itself ($68 profit) through the <br />sale of greeting cards. This was a good collaboration with the LAA. <br /> <br />Andy gave a recap on the Olde Town Swing Band Concert on December 12. It was <br />suggested that we increase the senior/junior price from $6 to $8 to make it more <br />equitable. Fate Nepon and Bob Schlesinger will perform on Friday, January 16, and <br />former board member Barb LeBlanc is organizing a concert with Scott Vonn and Reed <br />Foehl on Feb 13. Andy is planning the Jayme Stone Quartet concert on March 20, and <br />Julie and Maryan are planning the Choosing June show on May 8. <br /> <br />The summer concert series was discussed and it was agree to have four concerts on June <br />18,25,9, and 16. The budget will be $3600. Jim P. volunteered to help Andy out with <br />the shows. <br /> <br />Julie K. talked about having a summer film series, possibly at Steinbaugh Pavillion. <br /> <br />Don A. talked about plans for the Ppetry Slam with the Youth Advisory Board. <br /> <br />XVIII-Discussion Items for Next Meeting Feb 19th due on Tuesday Feb 10. <br />(This meeting was later cancelled and discussion items for the March 19 meeting are due <br />Tuesday, March 10.) <br />
