Section 1. The Intergovernmental Agreement for the Provision of Assistance for Debris <br />Removal Resulting from the Colorado Wildfires and Straight -Line Winds Disaster (DR-4653-CO) <br />(the "IGA") between the City of Louisville, Town of Superior, and the County of Boulder concerning <br />private property debris removal ("PPDR') is hereby approved in the form that accompanies this <br />resolution. <br />Section 2.
