6 City«f <br />Louisville <br />COLORADO • SINCE 1878 <br />Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />February 1011, 2022 <br />Electronic Meeting <br />6:30 PM <br />Chair Brauneis calls the meeting to order at 6:30 PM. <br />Roll Call is taken and the following members are present: <br />Commission Members Present: Steve Brauneis, Chair <br />Dietrich Hoefner, Vice Chair <br />Ben Diehl <br />Keaton Howe <br />Jeff Moline <br />Tamar Krantz <br />Allison Osterman <br />Commission Members Absent: <br />Staff Members Present: Rob Zuccaro, Dir. of Planning & Building <br />Lisa Ritchie, Principal Planner <br />Elizabeth Kay Marchetti, Senior Planner <br />Kim Bauer, Historic Preservation Planner <br />Elizabeth Schettler, Sr. Admin Assistant <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Moline moves and Howe seconds a motion to approve the February 10, 2022 agenda. <br />Motion passes unanimously by a voice vote. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Hoefner moves and Moline seconds a motion to approve the December 9, 2021 <br />minutes. Motion passes unanimously by a voice vote. Commissioner Osterman and <br />Commissioner Krantz abstain from voting. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br />RJ Harrington, 457 E Raintree Ct <br />Harrington mentions the status of his home related to the fire and that himself and <br />others in the community are doing their best to rise and help as much as they possibly <br />can. He and others are receiving disinformation and misinformation though.
