<br />"REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />SEPTEMBER 20, 1983 <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the <br />Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Meier <br />called the meeting to order at 7:35 P.M. M.D.T. There being present at the <br />call of the roll the following persons: <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBERS: <br /> <br />John Leary, Michael Cussen, Susan Morris, <br />Don Cummings, Dennis Ferrera, and Herman Fauson <br /> <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br /> <br />Leon A. Wurl, City .Admin.i,.strator <br />Curt Rautenstraus , City Attorney <br />William Hesson, City Treasurer <br />John Rupp, Director of Community Development <br />August Hioco, Director of Community Services <br />Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br />o. Karl Kash, Director of Public Works <br />Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services <br />Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk <br />Steve Ferris, Chief Building Inspector <br />Patricia Seader, Candidate <br />Robert Woodson, Candidate <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES <br />CORRECTION <br /> <br />At the request of Councilwoman Morris to <br />check the statement "it was the general <br />consensus that council favored a permanent <br />Ci tizens .Advisory Commi ttee to study the <br />concerns" - should be corrected to state <br />Councilmen Fauson and Cummings favored a <br />permanent Citizens Advisory Committee, <br />Councilmemqers Morris and Leary did not <br />at this time, other members did not make <br />specific comments. <br />Mayor and Council then approved the minutes <br />of the regular meeting of September 6, 1983 <br />and continued meeting of September 7, 1983 <br />as corrected. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Ferrera <br />seconded that the agenda be approved as sub- <br />mitted. Question called for. All in favor. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF THE BILLS <br /> <br />City Treasurer Hesson read the bills in the <br />amount of $162,098.03. <br />Councilman Cussen moved, Councilman Fauson <br />seconded that the bills be approved and <br />checks issued for the same. Question called <br />for. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />
