"REGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL SEPTEMBER 20, 1983 The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Meier called the meeting to order at 7:35 P.M. M.D.T. There being present at the call of the roll the following persons: COUNCILMEMBERS: John Leary, Michael Cussen, Susan Morris, Don Cummings, Dennis Ferrera, and Herman Fauson ALSO PRESENT: Leon A. Wurl, City .Admin.i,.strator Curt Rautenstraus , City Attorney William Hesson, City Treasurer John Rupp, Director of Community Development August Hioco, Director of Community Services Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety o. Karl Kash, Director of Public Works Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk Steve Ferris, Chief Building Inspector Patricia Seader, Candidate Robert Woodson, Candidate APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES CORRECTION At the request of Councilwoman Morris to check the statement "it was the general consensus that council favored a permanent Ci tizens .Advisory Commi ttee to study the concerns" - should be corrected to state Councilmen Fauson and Cummings favored a permanent Citizens Advisory Committee, Councilmemqers Morris and Leary did not at this time, other members did not make specific comments. Mayor and Council then approved the minutes of the regular meeting of September 6, 1983 and continued meeting of September 7, 1983 as corrected. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Ferrera seconded that the agenda be approved as sub- mitted. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. APPROVAL OF THE BILLS City Treasurer Hesson read the bills in the amount of $162,098.03. Councilman Cussen moved, Councilman Fauson seconded that the bills be approved and checks issued for the same. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously.
