<br />:GULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />APRIL 19, 1983 <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the <br />Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Meier <br />called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. M.S.T. There being present at the <br />call of the roll the following persons: <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBERS: <br /> <br />Herman Fauson, Dennis Ferrera, Don Cummings, <br />Susan Morris, Michael Cussen, and John Leary <br /> <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br /> <br />Leon A. Wurl, City Administrator <br />Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney <br />William Hesson, City Treasurer <br />John Rupp, Director of Community Development <br />August Hioco, Director of Community Services <br />Sharon Caranci, Chief Accountant <br />Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br />David Blanchard, City Engineer <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF THE MINUTES <br /> <br />'PROVAL OF THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor and Council accepted the minutes of <br />the regular meeting of April 5, 1983 as <br />presented. <br /> <br />Mayor Meier requested the approval of the <br />bills be the first item under council items, <br />and a short report on the children finger- <br />printing program be the last item. <br />Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Ferrera <br />seconded that the agenda be approved as <br />amended. Question called for. All in favor. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />ITEMS ENCLOSED <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Ferrera <br />seconded that the items enclosed be accepted <br />and brought up under the proper head of business. <br />Question called for. All in favor. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF THE BILLS <br /> <br />City Treasurer Hesson read the bills in the <br />amount of $95,961.80 <br />Councilman Cummings moved,_CQuncilman Cussen <br />seconded that the bills be approved and checks <br />issued for the same. Question called for. <br />All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />WESTERN EMPIRE CONSTRUC- <br />TION - PAY ESTIMATE #1 <br />WASTEWATER PLANT <br /> <br />Councilmembers had a copy of the pay estimate <br />and recommendation from Rocky Mountain Con- <br />sultants for pa~nent. <br />
