:GULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL APRIL 19, 1983 The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Meier called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. M.S.T. There being present at the call of the roll the following persons: COUNCILMEMBERS: Herman Fauson, Dennis Ferrera, Don Cummings, Susan Morris, Michael Cussen, and John Leary ALSO PRESENT: Leon A. Wurl, City Administrator Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney William Hesson, City Treasurer John Rupp, Director of Community Development August Hioco, Director of Community Services Sharon Caranci, Chief Accountant Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk ABSENT: Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety David Blanchard, City Engineer ACCEPTANCE OF THE MINUTES 'PROVAL OF THE AGENDA Mayor and Council accepted the minutes of the regular meeting of April 5, 1983 as presented. Mayor Meier requested the approval of the bills be the first item under council items, and a short report on the children finger- printing program be the last item. Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Ferrera seconded that the agenda be approved as amended. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried. ITEMS ENCLOSED Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Ferrera seconded that the items enclosed be accepted and brought up under the proper head of business. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried. APPROVAL OF THE BILLS City Treasurer Hesson read the bills in the amount of $95,961.80 Councilman Cummings moved,_CQuncilman Cussen seconded that the bills be approved and checks issued for the same. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. WESTERN EMPIRE CONSTRUC- TION - PAY ESTIMATE #1 WASTEWATER PLANT Councilmembers had a copy of the pay estimate and recommendation from Rocky Mountain Con- sultants for pa~nent.
