Question called for. All in favor. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Administrator Wurl advised in the past years <br />it has been the policy of the City to pur- <br />chase 2 tables to their annual dinner in <br />support of the Flight for Life program. <br /> <br />Inquired what portion of the amount goes <br />directly to the Flight for Life program and <br />what amount to the Gala event. <br />Mr. Wurl advised that he was unaware of the <br />exact amount, but he and Director Leesman <br />indicated the major portion went toward the <br />program as a major fund raising event. <br /> <br />Inquired how many times the City uses the <br />Flight for Life copter. <br />Councilman Ferrera advised that he spoke with <br />one of the fireman and he estimated 6 to 7 <br />times per month. <br /> <br />Stated that another function of St. Anthony's <br />for the City is registered EMT training for <br />the Rescue Squad, and they provide all the <br />medical supplies for our Fire Dept. <br /> <br />Inquired if the Fire Dept. contributed an <br />equal amount as the City does. <br />Councilman Fauson stated he did not know, as <br />the Fire District hadn't received a letter <br />from St. Anthony's as of this date. <br />
