n"'ZGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL SEPTEMBER 21, 1982 The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. called the meeting to order at 7:35 P.M. M.D.S.T. There the call of the roll the following persons: session in the Mayor Norbert Meier being present at COUNCILMEMBERS: Herman Fauson, Dennis Ferrera, Donald Cummings, Susan Morris, Michael Cussen and John Leary ALSO PRESENT: Leon A. Wurl, City Administrator Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney William Hesson, City Treasurer John Rupp, Director of Community Development August Hioco, Director of Community Services David Blanchard, City Engineer Sharon Caranci, Chief Accountant Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk ABSENT: Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES Mayor and council approved the minutes of the regular meeting of September 7, 1982 as presented. ITEMS ENCLOSED Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Cummings seconded that the items enclosed be accepted and brought up under the proper head of business. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried. COUNCIL ITEMS SAFEWAY STORES, INC. 3.2 BEER LICENSE RENEWAL APPROVAL Attorney Rautenstraus advised the application was in order for renewal this evening. Councilma.n Fauson moved, Councilman Ferrera seconded that the Safeway Stores, 3.2 Beer License be renewed. Question called for. All in fa.vor. Motion carried unanimously. APPOINT~lliNT OF COMMUNITY MEMBER TO HOSPITAL COMMITTEE Chuck Schmidt Councilman Ferrera wished to submit the name of Chuck Schmidt, who is a member of the Fire Department, works at STC, and a life long resident of the City. Karen Wolf Councilwoman Morris submitted the name of Karen Wolf, who is also a resident of the City, and works as a nurse at St. Anthony's Hospital. Frances DelPizzo Councilman Leary suggested Frances DelPizzo be contacted to see if she was interested in serving on the HospitalCorrrrnittee.
