M.D.S.T. There <br />the call of the roll the following persons: <br /> <br />session in the <br />Mayor Norbert Meier <br />being present at <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBERS: <br /> <br />Herman Fauson, Dennis Ferrera, Donald Cummings, <br />Susan Morris, Michael Cussen and John Leary <br /> <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br /> <br />Leon A. Wurl, City Administrator <br />Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney <br />William Hesson, City Treasurer <br />John Rupp, Director of Community Development <br />August Hioco, Director of Community Services <br />David Blanchard, City Engineer <br />Sharon Caranci, Chief Accountant <br />Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES <br /> <br />Mayor and council approved the minutes of the <br />regular meeting of September 7, 1982 as <br />presented. <br /> <br />ITEMS ENCLOSED <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Cummings <br />seconded that the items enclosed be accepted <br />and brought up under the proper head of <br />business. Question called for. All in favor. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />SAFEWAY STORES, INC. <br />3.2 BEER LICENSE RENEWAL <br /> <br />APPROVAL <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus advised the application <br />was in order for renewal this evening. <br /> <br />Councilma.n Fauson moved, Councilman Ferrera <br />seconded that the Safeway Stores, 3.2 Beer <br />License be renewed. Question called for. <br />All in fa.vor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />APPOINT~lliNT OF COMMUNITY <br />MEMBER TO HOSPITAL COMMITTEE <br />Chuck Schmidt <br /> <br />Councilman Ferrera wished to submit the <br />name of Chuck Schmidt, who is a member of <br />the Fire Department, works at STC, and a <br />life long resident of the City. <br /> <br />Karen Wolf <br /> <br />Councilwoman Morris submitted the name of <br />Karen Wolf, who is also a resident of the <br />City, and works as a nurse at St. Anthony's <br />Hospital. <br /> <br />Frances DelPizzo <br /> <br />Councilman Leary suggested Frances DelPizzo <br />be contacted to see if she was interested <br />in serving on the HospitalCorrrrnittee. <br />
