<br />Dennis Drumm <br /> <br />Mayor Meier <br />CHAMBER DUES - TABLED <br /> <br />SAFEWAY BEER LICENSE <br />APPROVE CHANGE OF OFFICERS <br /> <br />APPROVAL <br /> <br />PARROT II LIQUOR LICENSE <br />RENEWAL <br /> <br />APPROVAL <br /> <br />ROBERT BURCO - PUBLIC MANAGE- <br />MENT IMPROVEMENT CONFERENCE <br /> <br />AUDIENCE COMMENTS <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br />MAYOR'S PROCLAMATION <br />PUBLIC WORKS WEEK <br /> <br />5/18/82 <br /> <br />Page -4- <br /> <br />Remarked that he would speak with the <br />Board of Directors on a separate member- <br />ship category for approval, and felt this <br />should be done before Council votes on dues. <br /> <br />Instructed Mr. Drumm to speak with the <br />Board of Directors what alternatives are <br />possible for the City so there are no direct <br />conflicts of interest that were discussed <br />this evening. <br />Drumm to inform Council when the next meeting <br />will be held by the Chamber's Board of <br />Directors and invited some of the members <br />to attend. <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the <br />application was in order - recommendations <br />had been made for the new officers, and <br />Council could act on the application this <br />evening if they desire. <br /> <br />Councilman Cussen moved, Councilman Leary <br />seconded that the Safeway Beer License, <br />change of officers be approved. Question <br />called for. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus advised the application <br />was in order and council could act on it <br />this evening. <br /> <br />Councilman Cummings moved, Councilman Fauson <br />seconded that the Parrot II Liquor License <br />be renewed. Question called for. All in <br />favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Cancelled. <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Mayor Meier read the proclamation in its <br />entirety. <br />City Engineer Blanchard introduced Public <br />Works employees present: <br />Fred McNulty - Water & Sewer Distribution <br />Tom Miller - Water & Sewer Plant Supt. <br />Pat Kenney - Water Plant Operator <br />James Gaudio - Sewer Plant Operator <br />Lawrence Rickman - Street Supt. <br />George Kupfner - Street Maintenance <br />Charles Rickman - Street Maintenance <br />
