<br />5/4/82 <br /> <br />Page ~4- <br /> <br />Councilman Cussen <br /> <br />Iquired vlhen the equ;i.,pment would be avail- <br />able to broadcast Council and Planning <br />Commission meetings. <br />Tennessen advised this would be available <br />approximately September 1, 1982. <br /> <br />Burying of Cable <br /> <br />Inquired if there was a time-line when the <br />burying of the cable would be completed. <br />Tennessen explained the cable was not buried <br />when installation was done because the ground <br />was frozEm, then reported of 750 approximately <br />600 had been completed. <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson <br /> <br />Reported that one of the residents had <br />called and their sprinkling system had been <br />cut in 3 places when the cable was buried. <br />The resident stated he called the office and <br />was told they didn't make this type repair, <br />Councilman Fauson's question was if the <br />complaintant had the repair done, would the <br />Company reimburse him? <br />Tennessen assured Fauson that they would. <br /> <br />partment Complex Service <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson was of the opinion that <br />there was a misunderstanding with the tenants <br />as to what the owner/manager is telling them <br />and what Storer is telling them - would some- <br />one at the office be able to resolve this <br />problem? <br />The reply was yes - as soon as possible. <br />Remarked that one of the complaintants stated <br />Patty Stahl was so sweet on the phone he <br />called me instead. <br /> <br />Councilman Cussen <br />Apartment Complexes <br /> <br />Councilman Leary <br /> <br />Wished to confirm the May 15th and May 30th <br />dates of compliance, and the dates the letters <br />of agreement were sent to tlE apartment owners. <br />Tennessen replied the first letter returned <br />was December 5, 1981 - the follow-up letter <br />was sent March 16, 1982 and attempts were <br />made to contact them by phone. In some cases <br />they were not ready to make a decision or <br />they could not be reached. <br /> <br />Inquired if it would be possible to print <br />a flyer to give to residents on installation <br />policy, especially for the new people. <br />Tennessen agreed to do this either by sending <br />it with the next bill or to all the people <br />on their list. <br />
