<br />,{EGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />MARCH 2, 1982 <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the <br />Council Chambers, 749 Main St., Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Meier called the <br />meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. M.S.T. There being present at the call of <br />the roll the following persons: <br /> <br />COUNCILNEMBERS: John Leary, Michael Cussen, Susan Morris <br />Don Cummings, and Herman Fauson <br /> <br />ABSENT: Dennis Ferrera <br /> <br />ALSO PRESENT: Leon A. Wurl, City Administrator <br />Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney <br />William Hesson, City Treasurer <br />John Rupp, Director of Community Development <br />August Hioco, Direc:tor of Community Services <br />David Blanchard, City Engineer <br />Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br />Sharon Caranci, Chief Accountant <br />John Lanterman, Planner <br />Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Councilman Cummings moved, Councilwoman <br />Morris seconded the minutes be accepted <br />as presented and placed on file. Question <br />called for. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />ITEMS ENCLOSED Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Cummings <br />seconded the items enclosed by accepted <br />and brought up under the proper head of <br />business. Question called for. All in <br />favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />PASQUALE'S REQUEST <br />AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY <br />CLERK TO SIGN FORM <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the form <br />was in order and the new manager - Andrew <br />R. McCain had filed his individual history <br />form previously and was a member of the <br />corporation. Also a public hearing was <br />not required for the change in managership. <br /> <br />APPROVAL <br /> <br />Councilman Cl1mmings moved, Councilman Fauson <br />seconded the Mayor and city clerk be authorized <br />to sign the manager's registration form. <br />Question called for. All in favor. Motion <br />carried 6-0. <br /> <br />AMERICAN LEGION - LIQUOR <br />LICENSE APPLICATION - SPECIAL <br />EVENTS, SET DATE FOR PUBLIC <br />BEARING <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the ap- <br />plications were in order and suggested the <br />public hearing be set for April 6, 1982. <br />
