,{EGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL MARCH 2, 1982 The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the Council Chambers, 749 Main St., Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Meier called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. M.S.T. There being present at the call of the roll the following persons: COUNCILNEMBERS: John Leary, Michael Cussen, Susan Morris Don Cummings, and Herman Fauson ABSENT: Dennis Ferrera ALSO PRESENT: Leon A. Wurl, City Administrator Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney William Hesson, City Treasurer John Rupp, Director of Community Development August Hioco, Direc:tor of Community Services David Blanchard, City Engineer Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety Sharon Caranci, Chief Accountant John Lanterman, Planner Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Councilman Cummings moved, Councilwoman Morris seconded the minutes be accepted as presented and placed on file. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried. ITEMS ENCLOSED Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Cummings seconded the items enclosed by accepted and brought up under the proper head of business. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried. COUNCIL ITEMS PASQUALE'S REQUEST AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN FORM Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the form was in order and the new manager - Andrew R. McCain had filed his individual history form previously and was a member of the corporation. Also a public hearing was not required for the change in managership. APPROVAL Councilman Cl1mmings moved, Councilman Fauson seconded the Mayor and city clerk be authorized to sign the manager's registration form. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried 6-0. AMERICAN LEGION - LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATION - SPECIAL EVENTS, SET DATE FOR PUBLIC BEARING Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the ap- plications were in order and suggested the public hearing be set for April 6, 1982.
