Tennessen thanked the Council for their fair and reasonable arrangement, and in the event the installation is not complete their company would assume the liability of the contract. He also advised he would provide as-built maps as soon as they are available. Administrator Wurl advised Council, as ex- plained in his memo if an employee requests extended over/above 11 days as stated in the personnel policy, they must have Council's approval. We have two such requests. Councilman Meier moved that Susan Johnson's leave request be granted. Seconded by Councilman Cummings. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried. Councilman Cummings moved that Alice Barnes leave request be granted. Seconded by Councilman Brown. Question called for. All in favor. Moti.on carried. TOWN OF SUPERIOR'S SEWER AGREE- Administrator Wurl requested Council's approval 11ENT & WATER AGREEMENT to table these items. ACCEPTANCE OF CITY ADMINISTRA- TOR'S REPORT Councilman Domenico moved that Superior's Sewer and Water Agreements be tabled until January 6, 1982. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried. Councilman Meier moved that the City Adminis- trator's report be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman Brown. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried.
