<br />RESOLUTION #29 - HERITAGE <br />FINAL PLAT & PUD <br /> <br />TABLED <br /> <br />Councilman Meier <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF CITY ATTORNEY'S <br />REPORT <br /> <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS <br />~ouncilman Meier <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF THE BILLS <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />12/1/81 <br /> <br />Page -5- <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus requested this item <br />be tabled. <br /> <br />Councilman Meier moved that Resolution #29 <br />Final Plat and P.U.D. Heritage Subdivision <br />be tabled. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. <br /> <br />Inquired of Director Hioco if the developer <br />would install the irrigation system. <br />Hioco advised yes they would. <br /> <br />Question called for. All in favor. Motion <br />carried 4-0. <br /> <br />Councilman Meier moved that the City Attor- <br />ney's report be accepted and placed on <br />file. Seconded by Councilman Fauson. <br />Question called for. All in favor. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Stated in the next issue of the Louisville <br />Times there will be an ad for vacancies <br />on the various boards and commissions, <br />which asks for a resume. He would like <br />the resume to include their reasons for <br />wanting to be on the board or commission <br />as well as their qualifications; also <br />their ideas on growth and development within <br />the City. <br /> <br />City Treasurer Hesson read the bills in the <br />amount of $60, 307.23. <br />Councilman Meier moved that the bills be <br />approved and checks issued for the same. <br />Seconded by Councilman Brown. Question called <br />for. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman Heier moved that the meeting be <br />adjourned. Seconded by Councilman Brown. <br />All in favor. Motion carried - meeting <br />adjourned at 8:15 P.M. <br />
