Question <br />called for. All in favor. Motion carried <br />5-0. <br /> <br />KAREN'S COUNTRY KITCHEN <br />LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL <br /> <br />APPROVAL <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus advised the application <br />was in order. <br /> <br />Councilman Brown moved that Karen's Country <br />Kitchen liquor license renewal be approved. <br />Seconded. by Councilman Fauson. Question <br />called for. All in favor. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />ROBERT & TERESE 11ETZ <br />ANNEXATION REQUEST <br /> <br />Councilman Heier moved that the Metz's <br />annexation request be forwarded to the <br />Planning Commission for review and recom- <br />mendation. Seconded by Councilman Fauson. <br />Question called for. All in favor. Motion <br />carried 5-0. <br /> <br />SENOR T'S LIQUOR LICENSE <br />RENEWAL <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the <br />application was in order and there are <br />no police incidents for this applicant. <br /> <br />APPROVAL <br /> <br />Councilrn~n Fauson moved that Senor T's <br />liquor license renewal be approved. Seconded <br />by Councilman Meier. Question <br />called for. All in favor. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />BART'S RESTAURM~T LIQUOR <br />LICENSE RENEWAL <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the <br />application was in order and there are no <br />police incidents for this applicant. <br /> <br />APPROVAL <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico moved that Bart's Restau- <br />rant liquor license renewal be approved. <br />Seconded by Councilman Brown. Question <br />called for. All in favor. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />BLACK DIAMOND SALOON - <br />REQUEST TO ALTER PREMISES <br /> <br />Each member of council had a copy of the <br />application and a diagram to enclose the <br />patio portion of the building. <br />Director Rupp advised that the request was <br />appropriate within the zone and had approval <br />of the City Attorney. If Mr. Ross, the owner <br />of the Black Diamond Saloon wishes to remove <br />the enclosure for the summer, he would again <br />be required to come to council for approval. <br />Staff's recommendation for this use was for <br /> <br />approval. <br />
