Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />BLACK DIAMOND SALOON - <br />REQUEST TO ALTER PREMISES <br /> <br />Each member of council had a copy of the <br />application and a diagram to enclose the <br />patio portion of the building. <br />Director Rupp advised that the request was <br />appropriate within the zone and had approval <br />of the City Attorney. If Mr. Ross, the owner <br />of the Black Diamond Saloon wishes to remove <br />the enclosure for the summer, he would again <br />be required to come to council for approval. <br />Staff's recommendation for this use was for <br /> <br />approval. <br />
