<br />10/6/81 <br /> <br />Page -6- <br /> <br />Roll call vote: <br />Domenico Yes <br />Meier Yes <br />Brown Yes <br />DelPizzo Yes <br />Cumming s Yes <br />Fauson Yes <br />Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #742 - NOISE CONTROL <br /> <br />PUBLICATION AUTHORIZED <br /> <br />Councilman Cummings <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF THE CITY <br />REPORT <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus read the ordinance <br />by title only on first reading and the <br />request was for council's approval for <br />publication. <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson moved that Ordinance 4f742 <br />Noise Control be put out for publication. <br />Seconded by Councilman Domenico. <br /> <br />Asked if there was a conflict of hours <br />regarding loud music in the parks, the <br />municipal code stated 10:00 p.m. as the <br />curfew and Ordinance 4f742 stated no loud <br />music after midnight until 6:00 A.M. <br />He suggested that the hours for noise <br />control be changed from midnight to 6:00 A.M. <br />to 10:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M. to conform with <br />the curfew set for the parks. <br />Discussi.on by council no conflict of hours <br />but addi.tiona1 permit would have to be <br />obtained to have live band in parks or <br />residential areas. <br />Attorney Rautenstraus advised that an <br />additional $20.00 fee was set for live <br />entertai.nment to cover the cost of a public <br />hearing that is required with Ordinance #742. <br /> <br />Question called for on the motion. All <br />in favor. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />ATTORNEY'S <br />Councilman Fauson moved that the City <br />Attorney's report be accepted and placed <br />on file. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. <br />All in favor.
