RESOLUTION #23 - ELECTION JUDGES ADOPTION ACCEPTANCE OF CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT Davidson Water AUTHORIZATION FOR ~\YOR AND CLERK TO SIGN CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE OF CITY ADMINIS- TRATOR' S REPORT COUNCIL CONMENTS Councilman Meier 9/15/81 Page -10- Attorney Rautenstraus read the resolution in its entirety delegating the responsi- bility of appointing election judges to the City Clerk for the Hunicipal Election to be held November 3, 1981. Councilman DelPizzo moved that Resolution #23 - Election Judges be adopted. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried 6-0. Councilman Fauson moved that the City Attorney's report be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman Brown. Question called for. All in favor. i'lotion carried. Administrator Wurl advised the City has an opportunity to buy 30 shares of Davidson Ditch water @ $1,000 per share. The finan- cing would be $15,000 down and interest at 10% - interest only payment Sept. of 1982 and pay the balance in Sept. of 1983. Didn't have an opportunity to prepare a contract was asking Council's authorization for the Hayor and Clerk to sign the contract when it is prepared. Councilman DelPizzo moved that the Hayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the pro- posed contract for 30 shares of Davidson water @ $1,000 per share. Seconded by Councilman Domenico.. Question called for. All in favor. 1'10tion carried. Councilman Domenico moved that the City Administrator's report be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman Fauson. All in favor. 110tion carried. Asked Director Rupp if further progress had been made with RTD. He replied that at the last meeting RTD stated by December they would have something firm about new service to the area. Basically the route now is Arapahoe to Lafayette and dead-ends at Safeway in Louisville.
