Seconded <br />by Councilman Domenico. Question called <br />for. All in favor. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson moved that the City <br />Attorney's report be accepted and placed <br />on file. Seconded by Councilman Brown. <br />Question called for. All in favor. i'lotion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Administrator Wurl advised the City has <br />an opportunity to buy 30 shares of Davidson <br />Ditch water @ $1,000 per share. The finan- <br />cing would be $15,000 down and interest at <br />10% - interest only payment Sept. of 1982 <br />and pay the balance in Sept. of 1983. <br />Didn't have an opportunity to prepare a <br />contract was asking Council's authorization <br />for the Hayor and Clerk to sign the contract <br />when it is prepared. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that the Hayor <br />and Clerk be authorized to sign the pro- <br />posed contract for 30 shares of Davidson <br />water @ $1,000 per share. Seconded by <br />Councilman Domenico.. Question called for. <br />All in favor. 1'10tion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico moved that the City <br />Administrator's report be accepted and <br />placed on file. Seconded by Councilman <br />Fauson. All in favor. 110tion carried. <br /> <br />Asked Director Rupp if further progress <br />had been made with RTD. <br />He replied that at the last meeting RTD <br />stated by December they would have something <br />firm about new service to the area. <br />Basically the route now is Arapahoe to <br />Lafayette and dead-ends at Safeway in <br />Louisville. <br />
