Davidson called for any other changes to the Consent Agenda. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />Davidson moved that Council approve the Consent Agenda as amended, seconded by Howard. All <br />in favor. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />APPROVAL OF BILLS <br />APPROVAL OF BID AWARD - ARBORETUM ROCK SEATING WALL <br />APPROVAL OF BID AWARD - RECREATION CENTER GARABALDI/IMPERIAL <br /> ROOM PARTITION <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Scott Lawless, Van Buren Court, Louisville, Colorado, was concerned about the muddy access to <br />the bike path south of Pine, toward the end of West Sycamore, near the speed hump. He asked if <br />there were any plans to put a bridge there or connect it to the street. <br /> <br />Davidson explained that it would be looked into. <br /> <br />Bill Simmons, City Administrator, commented that the City would be doing the bike path on the <br />south side of the Sundance Path lots. There will be a neighborhood meeting soon and he would be <br />notified. <br /> <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS <br /> NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Sisk expressed Council's deep regret that Steinbaugh's Hardware would be closing soon. <br /> <br />Davidson stated that it is a significant loss to the downtown area and city as a whole to lose the oldest <br />business in Louisville. <br /> <br />Lathrop was saddened by the announcement of Steinbaugh's closing both personally and as a fellow <br />business person.
