E. Any summary of survey results for an application on which a "Needs and Desires Petition <br />Survey" is prepared must be submitted to the Secretary to the Authority's office no later <br />than 5 days prior to the hearing. A survey is not mandatory. <br />F. On the Friday prior to the hearing, the applicant may pick up the Outline of Hearing <br />Procedures, Hearing Agenda, and the Preliminary Finding and Report from the Secretary <br />to the Authority's office. <br />G. On the date of hearing, the applicant (or applicant's representative) presents the <br />application to the Authority members. The Authority decides whether to grant, deny or <br />continue the application. <br />H. Should the application be approved, allow 90 days for processing and issuance. <br />Applicant may pay the State a Concurrent Review Fee that will expedite the review at the <br />State level. Both the City of Louisville and State of Colorado licenses will be issued from <br />the Office of the Secretary to the Authority. <br />I. The licensee may begin the sale of liquor as soon as the state and local licenses have been <br />posted in compliance with State Liquor Code (in a location visible to the public) on the <br />licensed premises. <br />Licensee must also post the following "WARNING" notices (all notices are available <br />from the office of the Secretary to the Authority): <br />WARNING notification in the form required by State Law, <br />2. The City of Louisville posting that the police must be notified of all <br />disturbances in the licensed establishment and on the grounds which are a part <br />of the establishment; <br />5 <br />
