The proposal intends to comply with the <br />2010 ConocoPhillips Campus General Development Plan (GDP), which the City <br />approved in 2010. This initial final subdivision plat for the first phase of <br />development creates lots, tracts, rights of ways, and easements to enable <br />development of the property. The applicant, or future property owners, will need <br />to submit additional plat filings for future phases of development. A Subdivision <br />Improvement Agreement (SIA) will also be required for installation of public <br />infrastructure such as roads, trails, water lines, sewer lines, and a sewer lift <br />station. The proposal includes dedication of several tracts of land to the City for <br />a park, open spaces, trails and a public safety facility, totaling 89.9 acres.
