Five members plus one associate member — <br />officers - staff <br />LMC Sec. 5.08.080 - No person shall serve on the authority who <br />holds a license for the sale of alcohol beverages or fermented <br />malt beverages, or who has a financial interest in any such <br />license, or who has a financial interest in the business of any <br />person who has such a license, or who is employed in a business <br />licensed to sell alcohol beverages or fermented malt beverages. <br />• Three members for a quorum <br />• Attendance requirements <br />LLA Member Removal <br />• "Cause" for removal (partial list - Resolution <br />Nos. 16 (2009) and 59 (2016)): <br />Unexcused absence from more than 25 percent <br />of the regular meetings in any 12-month period. <br />• Violation of City or state ethics laws. <br />• Failure to maintain qualifications for membership <br />(e.g., no longer a resident). <br />Harassing, hostile, threatening or otherwise <br />inappropriate behavior. <br />3 <br />
