5/18/2022 <br />Meetings - General Rules <br />• A "meeting" is "any kind of gathering, convened to <br />discuss public business, in person, by telephone, or by <br />any other means of communication." <br />• All meetings of three or more members or a quorum of <br />a public body, whichever is fewer, are public meetings <br />open to the public at all times. <br />• All meetings shall occur in public buildings and public <br />facilities accessible to all members of the public. <br />• All meetings must be preceded by proper notice. <br />Meetings - Preparation <br />• Agenda Must be Specific — List all topics on which substantive <br />discussions or formal action are expected <br />• Post Notice and Agenda at least 72 hours in advance <br />• Four Places for Posting — City Hall, Rec. Center, Library and Police <br />Station <br />• The Meeting Notice, Agenda and "Agenda -Related Material" are <br />posted on the City website <br />• Notice, agenda, and agenda -related material need to be submitted <br />to City Clerk's office well before the meeting <br />
