Seeing none, Lipton <br />moved the consent agenda be approved; Kaufman seconded. All in favor. <br />7. Authority Business <br />A. Rules of Procedure <br />Authority Counsel Culley and the Authority Secretary provided <br />updated Rules of Procedure to the Authority for approval. <br />After a brief discussion on a requirement for server training, <br />Machado made a motion that the Authority require at least one <br />person in an establishment to have server training, Lipton <br />seconded. A clarification was made that it would apply to all new, <br />renewals and transfers. Motion passed 5-1, with Carlson voting no. <br />Lipton proposed to amend the rule that owners or managers should <br />be the party trained in the establishment. Motion passed 5-1, with <br />Carlson voting no. <br />Machado moved to add failure to cooperate with the Louisville <br />Police Department in any investigation will be considered an <br />aggravating circumstance, Crowe seconded. All in favor. <br />Carlson asked for a motion to approve the Rules of Procedure as <br />amended. Kaufman moved, Machado seconded. All in favor. <br />
