RESOLUTION NO. 4 <br />SERIES 1993 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE FINAL PUD <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE CLUB HOMES AT COAL CREEK <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for an Amendment to the Final PUD Development Plan for The Club Homes At Coal <br />Creek represented by Dan Davis. <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to an Amendment to the Final PUD Development Plan <br />have been reviewed by City staff and found to be in compliance with the Louisville zoning <br />ordinances, subdivision regulations, and related policies; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that said Amendment to the Final PUD <br />Development Plan for The Club Homes At Coal Creek should be approved, but limited to the <br />following matters: <br />1. The elimination of street pavers at the project entry and Ridge Place. <br />2.
