RESOLUTION NO. 14 <br />SERIES 1994 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT <br />TO THE CLUB HOMES PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application to amend the Club Homes Final PUD Development Plan, represented by Douglas <br />Davis; and <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the PUD development plan amendment have been <br />reviewed by City staff and found to be in compliance with the Louisville zoning ordinances, <br />subdivision regulations, and related policies; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that said PUD amendment for Club Homes <br />should be approved without conditions. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Louisville, Colorado does hereby recommend approval of the Club Homes PUD Development <br />Plan amendment. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of April, 1994. <br />By: <br />ATTEST: <br />Rex Renfrew, Secretary <br />Planning Commission <br />Bill Boulet, Chairman <br />Planning Commission <br />
