City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />February 15, 2022 <br />Page 2 of 13 <br />Christian Dino, 967 Eldorado Lane, expressed his concerns with some of the language <br />used in Consent Agenda item 4F with regard to affordable housing and if it could be used <br />to condemn burned properties. <br />Russell Moore asked Council to allow neighbors to rebuild to the 2018 IECC Building <br />Code and to continue to pursue gap funding for those that are rebuilding. <br />Josh Cooperman, 216 Griffith Street, expressed his support of Item H on the Consent <br />Agenda. He also suggested that members of the Parks Board and Sustainability Board be <br />included in developing this plan. <br />Dave Nozler, 605 Mead Court, spoke about the upcoming Boulder Valley Build Expo and <br />asked Council to understand the issues that builders currently have with material and <br />skilled labor shortages. <br />Larry Donner, 1020 Willow Place, suggested a resolution that everyone in Louisville <br />should be required to buy electricity from wind farms and solar farms. <br />RJ Harrington, 457 E Raintree Court, commented on the Legislative Agenda and stated <br />there ought to be a little bit more public discussion before something is approved. <br />Nancy Davoust stated fire victims should not be the first to have to comply with the new <br />building codes. She asked Council to makes decisions soon so homeowners can make <br />decisions soon. It is hard to get quotes when things are in flux. <br />APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA <br />Mayor Stolzmann asked for changes to the consent agenda; hearing none she asked for <br />a motion. Motion: Mayor Pro Tern Maloney moved to approve the consent agenda, <br />seconded by Brown. Vote: All in favor. <br />A. Approval of Bills <br />B. Approval of Parks Maintenance and Management Plan Independent Contract <br />with Studio CPG <br />
