<br />411iGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />SEPTEMBER 1, 1981 <br /> <br />Mayor Caranci called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. M.D.S.T. with the <br />following Council members present: Fauson, Cummings, DelPizzo, Brown, <br />Meier, and Domenico. Also present were: City Attorney Rautenstraus, <br />Director of Community Development Rupp, Lt. Wahman, Chief Accountant <br />Caranci, City Engineer Blanchard, Director of Community Services Hioco <br />and Acting City Clerk Mudrock. Absent: Administrator Wurl, City Treasurer <br />Hesson and Police Chief Leesman. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />ITEMS ENCLOSED <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />BOULDER VALLEY POW WOW SPECIAL <br />EVENTS LIQUOR LICENSE - <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />APPROVAL <br /> <br />AUDIENCE COMMENTS <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br />ORDINANCE #732 - AMENDING <br />ELECTRIC CODE - 1ST READING <br /> <br />PUBLICATION <br /> <br />Councilman Meier <br /> <br />Mayor Caranci and council approved the <br />minutes of the regular meeting of August <br />18, 1981 as presented. <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson moved that the items <br />enclosed be accepted and brought up under <br />the proper head of business. Seconded <br />by Councilman Domenico. Question called <br />for. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus advised council <br />the property had been posted and the <br />special events liquor license was for <br />Labor Day, September 7, 1981 from 2:00 <br />P.M. - 5:00 P.M. <br />Mayor Caranci opened the public hearing <br />and asked if there was anyone in the <br />audience in favor of the application - none. <br />Opposed .- none. Council comments - none. <br />Mayor Caranci closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico moved that the special <br />events liquor license for the Pow Wow be <br />granted for the hours specified for Labor <br />Day, September 7, 1981. Seconded by Council- <br />man Bro~l. Question called for. All in <br />favor. 11otion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus read the ordinance <br />by title only and the request was for pub- <br />lication on first reading. <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson moved that Ordinance :/032 <br />Amending Electric Code be put out for pub- <br />lication. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. <br /> <br />Inquired if the amendment referred to costs <br />relative to the conduit on homes. <br />Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the conduit <br />requireml:mt was too restricitve increasing <br />the cost, and really didn't meet with the <br />Nat'l Electric Code. <br />
