Councilman Fauson Councilman Domenico SPECIAL EVENTS LICENSE APPLICATION - BOULDER VALLEY POW WOW ACCEPTANCE - PUBLIC HEARING AUDIENCE COMMENTS CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT ORDINANCE #722 - HOCHEDER NORTH ANNEXATION 2ND READING PUBLIC HEARING 8/18/81 Page - 2 - doors and leaving notices - also marking the utilities that are in place. She advised there would be a delay on the overhead lines as the crews are still work- ing e1se'where. Inquired if there would be more than one crew working on overhead cable and doing underground work. Patricia Stahl advised there were 2 separate contractors and possibly 3 crews working on each .- the overhead and underground cable. Asked what type of program the company had to inform the residents when the cable will be ready for hook-up. She advised the City would be broken down into sections and as each section is ready to be turned on the people in that section will be notified by post-card. Also, stated there will be no charge for the hook-up if done at the time of initial construction. Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the application was in order and suggested the public hearing be set for September 1, 1981. The application was for September 7, 1981 from 2:00 P.M. - 5:00 P.J.I1. Councilman Fauson moved that the Boulder Valley Pow Wow special events 3.2% beer liquor license be accepted and the public hearing be set for Sept. 1, 1981. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried 5-0. None Attorney Rautenstraus read the ordinance by title only and certified proper pub- lication in the Louisville Times. Repre- sentatives of the Hocheder property were in attendance to answer any questions.
