<br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />JULY 21, 1981 <br /> <br />lVlayor Caranci called the rneetingto order at 7:30 P.M. with the following <br />Council members present: Fauson, Cummings, DelPizzo, Brown, Meier and <br />Domenico. Also present were: City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney <br />Rautenstraus, City Treasurer Hesson, Director of Community Development Rupp, <br />Police Chief Leesman, Director of Community Services Hioco, Chief Accountant <br />Caranci, City Engineer Blanchard and Deputy Ci ty Clerk Mudrock. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />ITEMS ENCLOSED <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />LOUISVILLE JAYCEES - SPECIAL <br />EVENTS LIQUOR LICENSE - SET <br />DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />~UBLIC HEARING - AUGUST 4,1981 <br /> <br />fu~RICAN LEGION - SPECIAL <br />EVENTS LIQUOR LICENSE - PUBLIC <br />HEARING <br /> <br />APPROVAL <br /> <br />Mayor Caranci and council approved the <br />minutes of the regular meeting of July 7, <br />1981 as presented. <br /> <br />Councilman Meier moved that the items en- <br />closed be accepted and brought up under the <br />proper head of business. Seconded by Council- <br />man Domenico. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus stated the application <br />for a special events liquor license by the <br />Louisville Jaycees was in order. They were <br />requesting the license for September 7, 1981 <br />from 10:00 A.M. till 10:00 P.M. He suggested <br />the Public Hearing be set for August 4, <br />1981. <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico moved that the special <br />events liquor license for the Louisville <br />Jaycees be accepted as presented and that <br />public hearing be set for August 4, 1981. <br />Seconded by Councilman Meier. Question <br />called for. All in favor. Motion carrie,d. <br /> <br />Mayor Caranci asked Attorney Rautenstraus <br />if the application was in order. He stated <br />that it was and proper posting had been made. <br />Mayor Caranci opened the public hearing <br />and asked if there was anyone present in <br />favor of the application. None. <br />Anyone against the application. None. <br />Remarks from the council. None. <br />He then closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />Councilman Cummings moved that the special <br />events liquor license for the American Legion <br />be approved for 2 dates: September 4, 1981 <br />from 6:00 P.M. till 2:00 A.M. September 5, <br />1981, and September 7, 1981 from 8:00 A.M. <br />till 8:00 P.M. Seconded by Councilman Meier. <br />Question called for. All in favor. Motion <br />carried. <br />
