REGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL JULY 21, 1981 lVlayor Caranci called the rneetingto order at 7:30 P.M. with the following Council members present: Fauson, Cummings, DelPizzo, Brown, Meier and Domenico. Also present were: City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney Rautenstraus, City Treasurer Hesson, Director of Community Development Rupp, Police Chief Leesman, Director of Community Services Hioco, Chief Accountant Caranci, City Engineer Blanchard and Deputy Ci ty Clerk Mudrock. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES ITEMS ENCLOSED COUNCIL ITEMS LOUISVILLE JAYCEES - SPECIAL EVENTS LIQUOR LICENSE - SET DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING ~UBLIC HEARING - AUGUST 4,1981 fu~RICAN LEGION - SPECIAL EVENTS LIQUOR LICENSE - PUBLIC HEARING APPROVAL Mayor Caranci and council approved the minutes of the regular meeting of July 7, 1981 as presented. Councilman Meier moved that the items en- closed be accepted and brought up under the proper head of business. Seconded by Council- man Domenico. All in favor. Motion carried. Attorney Rautenstraus stated the application for a special events liquor license by the Louisville Jaycees was in order. They were requesting the license for September 7, 1981 from 10:00 A.M. till 10:00 P.M. He suggested the Public Hearing be set for August 4, 1981. Councilman Domenico moved that the special events liquor license for the Louisville Jaycees be accepted as presented and that public hearing be set for August 4, 1981. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carrie,d. Mayor Caranci asked Attorney Rautenstraus if the application was in order. He stated that it was and proper posting had been made. Mayor Caranci opened the public hearing and asked if there was anyone present in favor of the application. None. Anyone against the application. None. Remarks from the council. None. He then closed the public hearing. Councilman Cummings moved that the special events liquor license for the American Legion be approved for 2 dates: September 4, 1981 from 6:00 P.M. till 2:00 A.M. September 5, 1981, and September 7, 1981 from 8:00 A.M. till 8:00 P.M. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried.
