TABLE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM AGREEMENT WITH BOULDER REGIONAL COMMUNICATIONS CENTER AND THE CITY APPROVAL ~ATER BONDS - APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT - BOETTCHER & CO. APPROVAL ACCEPTANCE OF CITY ADMINISTRA- TOR'S REPORT COUNCIL COMHENTS Councilman DelPizzo Councilman Brown 7/7/81 Page -6- Administrator Wurl advised these items would be discussed at the August 22nd Budget session. Councilman Meier moved to table approval of the Capital Improvements Program. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried. 5-0. Police Chief Rod Leesman explained the dispatch service. The cost would be $1,500 less than what is being paid at the present time; and would be effective in 2 weeks. Councilman DelPizzo moved that the Agreement With Boulder Regional Communications Center be approved and the Mayor be authorized to sign the agreement. Seconded by Council- man Brown. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried 5-0. Dunn Krahl, Representative of Boettcher & Co. presented members of council with copies of the agreement and briefly des- cribed them. Councilman Meier moved that the Mayor and City Clerk be given authorization to sign the water bond agreement with Boettcher & -Co. Seconded by Councilman Brown. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried 5--0. Councilman Domenico moved that the City Administrator's report be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried. Inquired if the members of Council would be riding a horse in the Pow Wow parade. Possibility'o.f riding in old time cars. Complimented Director Hioco on the good job he is doing regarding the grasshopper program, i.e. taking time off from other urgent business to attend to the citizens requests and demands. All council members and Administrator Wurl also complimented Director Hioco.
