The second owner in turn resold
the building without improving it. He
suggested that another inspection be made
of the building.
Mayor Caranci recommended that the building
inspector make this inspection.

Councilman Domenico moved that the City
Attorney's report be accepted and placed
on file. Seconded by Councilman l1eier.
Question called for. All in favor. Motion
carried.

None. Administrator Wurl wished Councilman
Carnival the very best in his new location.

Inquired of City Engineer Blanchard if there
would be a possibility of obtaining a left
turn signal at Highway 42 and South Boulder
Road, does the City qualify?
Engineer Blanchard advised since this is on
the State system, we could request that a
study be made. Councilman Cumrnings requested
the study be made.
Councilman Cummings wished Councilman Carnival
good luck and hated to see him leave.
