DelPizzo No Carnival Yes Cummings Yes Meier Yes Domenico Yes Motion carried 4-1. Mr. Kahan be reques ted to attend the Council meeting of Hay 5, 1981. Replats Councilman Carnival expressed his concern when annexation are brought before the Planning Commission and City Council and plans submitted by the developer are ap- proved. Then the developer sells the land and a replat is submitted which alters the original plan. It was his suggestion staff, Planning Commission and Council should make a sincere effort to not deviate from the original plat of the area. He was also critical of differences of opinion regard- ing Homeowners Associations, stating special preferences seemed to given various developers. Administrator Wurl responded that staff was concerned and much discussion was held re- garding replats and Homeowners Associations with the developers. Referring to the replat of Centennial,. he stated concern was that there wouldn't be sufficient homes in the area that was in the Homeowners Association to carry the weight for the required main- tenance of that area, and the developer was informed that they would have to address this problem to the City's and homeowner's satisfaction. Councilman Meier Wished Councilman Carnival good luck and it was a pleasure working with him. Water Pressure at Trailer Park and HillsboroWest Inquired of Engineer Blanchard if this had been checked. Engineer Blanchard reported it had been checked and everything is working correctly. It was checked by Gary Elrod - checked where the lowest water pressure would be - charted a series of readings and all were in the acceptable range. He checked with various
