Mr. Kahan be reques ted <br />to attend the Council meeting of Hay 5, 1981. <br /> <br />Replats <br /> <br />Councilman Carnival expressed his concern <br />when annexation are brought before the <br />Planning Commission and City Council and <br />plans submitted by the developer are ap- <br />proved. Then the developer sells the <br />land and a replat is submitted which alters <br />the original plan. It was his suggestion <br />staff, Planning Commission and Council should <br />make a sincere effort to not deviate from <br />the original plat of the area. He was also <br />critical of differences of opinion regard- <br />ing Homeowners Associations, stating special <br />preferences seemed to given various developers. <br /> <br />Administrator Wurl responded that staff was <br />concerned and much discussion was held re- <br />garding replats and Homeowners Associations <br />with the developers. Referring to the replat <br />of Centennial,. he stated concern was that <br />there wouldn't be sufficient homes in the <br />area that was in the Homeowners Association <br />to carry the weight for the required main- <br />tenance of that area, and the developer was <br />informed that they would have to address <br />this problem to the City's and homeowner's <br />satisfaction. <br /> <br />Councilman Meier <br /> <br />Wished Councilman Carnival good luck and <br />it was a pleasure working with him. <br /> <br />Water Pressure at Trailer <br />Park and HillsboroWest <br /> <br />Inquired of Engineer Blanchard if this had <br />been checked. <br />Engineer Blanchard reported it had been <br />checked and everything is working correctly. <br />It was checked by Gary Elrod - checked where <br />the lowest water pressure would be - charted <br />a series of readings and all were in the <br />acceptable range. He checked with various <br />
