The trade name of the E~S tablishment will be the Black Diamond Saloon. Each member of council had a copy of all the information required and Attorney Joss suggested a public hearing date be March 5, 1981 PUBLIC HEARING DATE SET MARCH 5, 1981 Councilman DelPizzo moved that the liquor license application submitted by Richard Ross public hearing date be set for March 5, 1981. Seconded by Councilman Cummings. Councilman Domenico inquired of Attorney Joss if he would be allowed to vote on the i.ssue since Mr. Ross was a relative. Attorney Joss advised in regard to the Ethics Ordinance, he would be allowed to vote as long as he has no financial interest in the proposed establishment. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried. 6-0. ACCEPTANCE OF COUNCIL ITEMS Councilman Domenico moved that the council items be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman Car- nival. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried 6-0. ITEMS FROM PEOPLE IN ATTENDANCE NOT APPEARING ON THE AGENDA Mr. Don McKee, Chairman of Citizens Participating in Louisville's Future, 1045 LaF'arge Ave. He thanked Attorney Joss and. the City for the legal fees amounting to $444.25. He wanted to verify is this amount and a previous charge of $176.07 were paid for by Jacobs/Kahan Co. per the annexation agreement.
