CALL TO ORDER <br />The meeting was called to order at 4:00 p.m. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />The following were present: <br />City Council: Mayor Pro Tern Maloney, Councilmember Kyle Brown, <br />Councilmember Maxine Most, Councilmember Chris Leh, and <br />Councilmember Deb Fahey <br />Staff/Others <br />Present: Jeff Durbin, City Manager, Megan Davis, Acting City Manager, <br />Emily Hogan, Assistant City Manager, Kevin Watson, Director of <br />Finance, Jeanette Longoria, Tax Manager, Kurt Kowar, Public <br />Works Director, Cory Peterson, Deputy Director Utilities David Baril, <br />Head Golf Professional, Adam Blackmore, Director, Parks, <br />Recreation, Open Space and Golf, and Kathy Martin, <br />Superintendent of Recreation and Senior Services <br />3. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA <br />The Finance Committee approved the agenda as presented. <br />4. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES FROM THE JULY 18, 2022 MEETING <br />The Finance Committee approved the July 18, 2022 minutes as presented. <br />5. PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br />None <br />6. SECOND QUARTER DASHBOARDS (page 6) <br />The second quarter dashboards for the Golf Course and Recreation Center were <br />discussed. <br />A. David Baril from Golf reported that the numbers are historically high in the <br />second quarter, but revenue exceeded the 2021 numbers for this quarter. The <br />number of playable days was down by only 1.
