Caleb Dickinson <br />Councilmember Kyle Brown <br />Councilmember Deborah Fahey (arrived 7:36) <br />Councilmember Chris Leh <br />Councilmember Maxine Most <br />Staff Present: Jeff Durbin, City Manager <br />Megan Davis, Acting City Manager <br />Meredyth Muth, City Clerk <br />Others Present: Kathleen Kelly, City Attorney <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />Pending Litigation, consultation with an attorney representing the City with <br />respect to pending litigation. Louisville Charter, Section 5-2(d) — Authorized <br />Topics and C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b) <br />Mayor Stolzmann introduced the executive session. She stated the City Manager has <br />requested the executive session for the purpose of consultation with attorneys <br />representing the City with respect to pending litigation for a conference with attorneys <br />representing the City for the purpose of legal advice on specific legal questions <br />concerning pending litigation, specifically Rocky Mountain Gun Owners, et al v.
