Seconded <br />by Councilman Meier. Motion carried <br />6-0. <br /> <br />Councilman Meier moved that change order <br />#3 in the amount of $5,278 for City Hall <br />remodeling be! approved. Seconded by Coun- <br />cilman DelPizzo. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Mayor Caranci stated that since the ad <br />was not in the classified section, he would <br />like to have it republished and brought up <br />again at the next meeting. <br />Applicants will be notified to attend the <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss reported that the appli- <br />cation was in order and that any police <br />reports were included in the packet. <br />Councilman Domenico moved that Safeway <br />3.2% liquor license be renewed. Seconded <br />by Councilman Meier. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss reported that the application <br />was in order and that a public hearing <br />needed to be scheduled, the recommended <br />date being October 21, 1980. <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that a public <br />hearing be set for October 21, 1980 for <br />the American Legion special events liquor <br />license applcation. Seconded by Council- <br />man Meier. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl read Resolution No. 32 commending <br />former Mayor Waschak for his leadership <br />during the past 6\ years as Mayor. <br />Councilman Domenico moved that Resolution <br />No. 32, series 1980 be adopted. Seconded <br />by Councilman Meier. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl reported that copies of the bud- <br />get have been submitted to Council and <br />copies have been on file for review by <br />residents. <br />Mr. Wurl reported that revenues, less <br />transfers, total $7,015,464, and expend- <br />itures $6,764,971. <br />Attorney Joss read Resolution No. 33. <br />Mayor Caranci opened the public hearing. <br />There were no comments for or against the <br />budget, the public hearing was closed. <br />
