City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />July 19, 2022 <br />Page 9 of 9 <br />Mayor Stolzmann noted the City has a responsibility to collect County use tax. <br />Mayor Stolzmann stated the one-year commemoration needs to be an inclusive <br />process. <br />Councilmember Fahey returned to the meeting. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1837, SERIES 2022 — AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLES 15, <br />16, AND 17 OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE CONCERNING MAILED <br />NOTICES OF PUBLIC HEARINGS AND CERTAIN LAND USE APPLICATIONS <br />UNDER REVIEW — 2nd READING, PUBLIC HEARING (advertised Daily Camera <br />5/22/22) — staff requests continuance to 8116122 <br />Mayor Stolzmann introduced the item and made a motion to continue it to 8/16/22 at 6 <br />pm; seconded by Councilmember Leh. Vote: All in favor. <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br />None. <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS, COMMITTEE REPORTS, AND IDENTIFICATION OF <br />FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS <br />Councilmember Dickinson shared an event at Crystal Springs Brewing and new mural <br />unveiling occurring in the coming days. <br />Mayor Stolzmann noted the library is collaborating with Boulder County Public Health on <br />an informational campaign for sugar -free September and asked if Council would be <br />supportive of a proclamation. A proclamation will be added to a future agenda. <br />Mayor Stolzmann shared information regarding federal transportation dollars that will <br />discussed at tomorrow's Denver Regional Council of Government's meeting. <br />ADJOURN <br />Members adjourned at 10:25 pm. <br />,I edr,;�o 'le," <br />
