<br />CITY ATTORNEY REPORT <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 666 <br />BUDGET APPROPRIATION <br />SECOND READING <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 667 <br />3.2% BEER SALES <br />SECOND READING <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 23 <br />THOMAS - BROCK SUB- <br />DIVISION <br /> <br />APPROVAL CITY ATTORNEY REPORT <br /> <br />November 27, 1979 <br />Minutes - page 6 <br /> <br />Attorney Joss reported that the ordinance <br />had been properly published, and read <br />it on second reading by title only. <br /> <br />Councilman Berry moved that Ordinance <br />No. 666 be adopted. Seconded by Coun- <br />cilman DiCarlo. Roll call vote. <br />DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes, Caranci yes, <br />Meier yes, Kilker yes, Berry yes. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss reported that the ordinance <br />had been properly published, and read <br />it on second reading by title only. <br />He noted that this would correct the <br />hours as allowed in the state statutes. <br /> <br />Councilman Caranci moved that Ordinance <br />No. 667 be adopted. Seconded by Coun- <br />cilman DelPizzo. Roll call vote. <br />Berry yes, Caranci yes, Kilker yes, <br />Meier yes, DiCarlo yes, DelPizzo yes. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Dennis Drumm, 1000 So. Boulder Rd. <br />representing Eva Brock and Jake Thomas <br />explained that they are requesting <br />that Mrs. Brock's lot be subdivided <br />into two parcels. He noted that the <br />request has been approved by the Plan- <br />ning Commission and a letter regarding <br />the sewer easement agreement between <br />the two parties is on file. <br />Staff noted that the sewer line location <br />is not a real city concern however, there <br />would be a question as to whether a sewer <br />tap fee would need to be imposed. <br /> <br />Staff noted that minimum frontage is not <br />required in commercial areas. <br />After discussion Attorney Joss read <br />Resolution No. 23, Series 1979. Coun- <br />cilman Meier moved that Resolution No. 23 <br />Series 1979 be adopted. Seconded by <br />Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman Berry moved that the City <br />Attorney's report be accepted and placed <br />on file. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. <br />Motion carried. <br />
