UPDATE <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE <br /> <br />Minutes - page 5 <br />October 2, 1979 <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that the areas are needing <br />correction of grades and a study has been <br />completed which will involve all properties <br />in that area. <br />Mr. Wurl asked if Council would like to have <br />a work session and also have a meeting with <br />the property owners. <br />Council stated that they would like to have <br />a study session and be available at the <br />property owners meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that he has the revised <br />tabulation sheet for the City Hall financing. <br />and at the last meeting had noted that Jinco <br />was the low bidder, but it did not reflect <br />on the tabulation sheet. <br />Mr. Wurl requested that Council amend the <br />motion that was made giving Boettcher & Co. <br />the bi~ to approving Jinco as the low bidder <br />and proceed with the paper work under Jinco. <br /> <br />Councilman Meier moved that on the City Hall <br />improvement financing, that the City Admin- <br />istrator be authorized to proceed with <br />Jinco Leasing being the low bidder. <br />Seconded by Cotmcilman DelPizzo. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl noted that Jinco Leasing is a <br />competent leasing company and did not feel <br />that the City would have any problems. <br /> <br />After comments motion carried to approve <br />Jinco Leasing for the City Hall financing, <br />5 - 1. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that he has met with Mr. <br />Jones and the City Attorney's are updating <br />the City Ordinance to reflect the recom- <br />mendations that were made to DRCOG. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that he will be meeting with <br />other communties who are involved with <br />Mountain States Video. He also noted that <br />he received a proposal from Louisville <br />Communications Co which is stationed in <br />Boulder and rec.ommended that their proposal <br />be reviewed along with the City Attorney <br />updates and talk with both companies. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl reviewed correspondence and asked <br />Council if they would be interested in <br />purchasing a table at the Flight For Life <br />Benefit Dinner. <br />Councilman Kilker moved that the City <br />
