Seconded <br />by Councilman DelPizzo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />All members of Council had before them <br />a copy of Ordinance No. 655 for their <br />review and files. <br />Attorney Joss read the ordinance on <br />first reading by title only. <br />Councilman Berry moved that Ordinance <br />No. 655 be ordered published. Seconded <br />by Councilman Meier. <br />Councilman Meier requested that Mr. <br />lVurl check to see how many municipalities <br />work on a staggered term basis. <br />Motion carril~d to publish Ordinance No. 655. <br /> <br />Councilman Ml~ier moved that the City <br />Attorney' s rl~port be accepted and placed <br />on file. Seconded by Councilman Berry. <br />Motion carriE~d. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that the clock in the <br />Council room was donated by the developers <br />of Mesa Point. <br /> <br />Hr. \\Turl informed Council that in 1975 <br />Council passed a motion that no watering <br />be allowed from 10:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M <br />he requested that Council amend the <br />regulation from 12:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M. <br />After discussion Councilman Berry moved <br />that all water restrictions, as far as <br />hours are concerned, be lifted entirely. <br />Seconded by Councilman Meier. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl read the letter from Dennis <br />Drumm notifyi.ng the City of his re- <br />signation as Director of Community <br />Development. <br />Councilman Caranci moved that Mr. Drumms <br />letter of resignation be accepted. <br />Seconded by Councilman Meier. Motion <br />carried. <br />Council requested that a dinner be <br />planned to thank Dennis for all his <br />dedication and work. <br />
