Seconded by Coun- <br />cilman Meier. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss reported that the Aquarius <br />suit hearing and be rescheduled for <br />August 1, 1979, in Boulder. <br /> <br />Councilman Meie~r moved that the City <br />Attorney's report be accepted and placed <br />on file. Seconded by Councilman Caranci. <br />Hotion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that the Boulder County <br />Commissioners are requesting that the <br />City Council formally approve their <br />motion appointing Charlotte Houston to <br />a four year term to the Board of Directors <br />to the Regional Transportation District. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that Council <br />approve the appointment of Charlotte <br />Houston by the County Commissioners, as <br />our representative to RTD on theuuBoard <br />of Directors. Seconded by Councilman <br />Meier. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl reported that the correct amount <br />of the change order was $76.40; however, <br />there were additional overruns in the <br />contract quantities, as they ran into <br />problems of old water lines needed re- <br />placing and lowering them to accomodate <br />the storm sewers. <br />Councilman Berry moved that Council <br />approve Change Order #2 in the amount <br />of $17,093.43 for L & L Construction. <br />Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that the City called for <br />bids on a street sweeper and after re- <br />viewing, recommended that Council award <br />the bid to H.W. Moore Equip. Co. for a <br />Mobil sweeper, in the amount of $44,318.00 <br />
