Minutes - page 2 April 17, 1979 RESOLUTION NO. 9 LOT 1 BLK 2 ORIG. TOWN OF LOUISVILLE FINAL PLAT Mr. Stan Elmore explained the plans for the subdivision of the lot stating that they would like to sell the house for a small business which conforms to the zone. Councilman DelPizzo stated that a similar situation had been presented which was voted down and felt that this is the same. Councilman DiCarlo stated that in the first case there had been a discrepancey on the property lines. After discussion Attorney Joss read Resolution #9 in full. Councilman Meier moved that Resolution No. 9 Series 1979 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Roll call. DiCarlo yes, Berry yes, Kilker yes, Caranci yes, Meier yes DelPizzo yes. Motion carried. ORDINANCE NO. 639 FIRST READING SUBDIVISION & ZONING REGULATIONS All members of Council had before them a copy of Ordinance No. 639 for their review and files. Attorney Joss read the Ordinance #639 on first reading by title only. Dennis Drumm reviewed the changes pro- posed in the ordinance. After discussion Councilman DiCarlo moved that Ordinance No. 639 be ordered published and a public hearing be set for May 15, 1979. Seconded by Coun- cilman Meier. Motion carried. ORDINANCE NO. 640 FIRST READING PELLIGRINI-FREY ANNEXATION REQUEST All members of Council had before them a copy of Ordinance No. 640 for their re- view and files. Attorney Joss read the Ordinace #640 on first reading by title only, stating that the property is located on So. Boulder Road west of the Trailer Park and contains approximately 1.38 acres. Councilman Caranci moved that Ordinance No. 640 be ordered published and a public hearing be set for May 15, 1979. Se- conded by Councilman Kilker. Motion carried.
