TransFirst Day <br /> December 9, 2004 <br /> WHEREAS, TransFirst LLC was founded as ACS Merchant Services in Boulder, <br /> Colorado in 1995; and, <br /> WHEREAS, TransFirst LLC has become the nation's largest privately-held credit card <br /> and bankcard transaction processor, with annual transactions of more than <br /> $18.5 billion; and, <br /> WHEREAS, due to their success and tremendous growth, TransFirst LLC has relocated <br /> their regional headquarters to a, 73,000 square-foot facility at 371 <br /> Centennial Parkway in Louisville, Colorado; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the addition of TransFirst LLC as an employer in Louisville, Colorado has <br /> improved Louisville's image throughout the Metropolitan area; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Louisville supports the efforts of its businesses and recognizes <br /> the importance of their success in the community; and, <br /> WHEREAS, TransFirst LLC has invited the City of Louisville to join in the dedication <br /> ceremony and open house celebrating their growth in Boulder County at <br /> their new regional headquarters in Louisville, Colorado. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that I, Charles L.
