Seconded by Councilman <br />DelPizzo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss stated that the application <br />for liquor license extended hours was in <br />order. <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that Jimken, Inc., <br />DBA The Depot, liquor license extended <br />hours application be approved. Seconded <br />by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that the Community <br />Development public hearing date be set <br />for December 19. 1978, to be put out for <br />publication. Seconded by Councilman Berry. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that the staff is trying <br />to file a grant from the Small Cities <br />Program and a public hearing is needed. <br />if the application gets completed in time. <br />Councilman Caranci moved that a public <br />hearing be set for the Small Cities grant <br />application to be held on January 2, 1978. <br />Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss read Ordinance No. 624 on <br />second reading by title only, and also <br />stated that all proper publications <br />had been made. <br />Councilman Caranci moved that Ordinance <br />No. 624 be adopted. Seconded by Coun- <br />cilman DelPizzo. Roll call. DelPizzo <br />yes, Caranci yes, DiCarlo yes, Berry <br />yes.
