Motion passes unanimously by a voice vote. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Moline moves and Howe seconds a motion to approve the September 08, 2022 <br />minutes. Motion passes unanimously by a voice vote. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br />Cynthia Come Musslewhite, 438 Jefferson Ave <br />Corne Musslewhite brings up procedure. She says it is the role of the city manager <br />instead of the planning director to present to the commission. She references code <br />sections 016.08.10, 016.12.10, and 016.12.70 to support this stance.
