Louisville Library — In -person meeting at 2nd Floor Board Room with Zoom option Zoom Meeting Link - https://us06web.zoom.us/j/89575325910 Zoom Meeting ID: 895 7532 5910 Members of the public are welcome to attend LCC meetings and give comments remotely; however the in -person meeting may continue even if technology issues prevent remote Participation. We promote arts and culture in Louisville. We program cultural events, advocate for and support artists, and advise City Council. By doing so we engage our diverse social, cultural, and creative community. The Council will accommodate public comments as much as possible during the meeting. Anyone may also email comments to the Council prior to the meeting at eschmitt&louisvilleco.gov I. Call to Order 5 min. 11. Roll Call (items I—V) Absent: Beth McLennan, Erica Schmitt Member of the Public Guest: Greg Fields, City Council Member Deb Fahey and Adam Sloat 111. Approval of Today's Agenda Leah moves to approve the agenda. Seconded by Mark. No dissents. IV. Public Comments: Items Not on the Agenda listed below - Greg Fields: South Street Underpass - wondering if there is an update to the project. No updates as of now that are significant to share. - Adam Sloat: Here to introduce himself. He booked the bands for the summer concerts for 2022 and will likely attend the first concert. - Deb Fahey: South Street Underpass - asked if Greg has been paid for the South Street Underpass project yet. He had been paid, but the remaining totum will be paid by another Louisville Council - possibly the LRC (*this is unclear and will be updated at a later time). V.
