Action Item: Assign subcommittee for Fall Programming- Lisa and Leah <br />i. Discussion Item: lead time for program information and <br />marketing guidelines - Leah working with Erica on lead time - Erica suggested 6 weeks to <br />provide all programming info, which could prove to be challenging considering board turnover <br />and planning lead time. <br />XIII. Strategic Session <br />a. Information Item: LCC documents <br />b. Discussion Item: Would a strategic brainstorming session be helpful?- some agree, there was <br />not a clear resolution to this discussion. The group agreed that we would all thing about it on our <br />own and come up with more ideas on it in the next meeting. <br />c. Discussion Item: Who would be helpful to have at the retreat? <br />- Erica fore sure <br />- Lisa suggested City Staff lead a retreat <br />d. Action Item: Choose a month for strategic session <br />- October <br />- Lisa will come back with a potential date in October and we can email her questions that <br />we have and would want to cover in that meeting. <br />XIV. Monthly Meetings <br />a. Discussion Item: All agreed to take a break until September due to summer concert season. <br />b. Discussion Item: LCC attendance requirements <br />c. Action Item: Decide on 2022 LCC months when there won't be a meeting. <br />- Undecided, but leaning toward December? <br />- All agree to cancel the December meeting <br />XV. Share community cultural events <br />- 11:30-1 pm on June 4th - Mural as part of the arts grants last year on the underpass on <br />CO 42. N. of south boulder road <br />XVI.
