Roll Call <br />Board Members Present: David Blankinship, Laura Scott Denton, Charles Danforth, <br />Thomas Neville, Susan McEachern <br />Board Members Absent: Helen Moshak, Jessamine Fitzpatrick <br />Staff Members Present: Ember Brignull, Adam Blackmore, Cameron Fowlkes (remote) <br />3. Approval of Agenda <br />Susan moved to approve the agenda as written. Thomas seconded the motion. The <br />motion passed unanimously. <br />4. Approval of Previous Meeting's Minutes <br />David mentioned that Todd Budin from the Sustainability Advisory Board's last name <br />was misspelled in the minutes. Susan moved to approve the September 2022, OSAB <br />meeting minutes with the aforementioned edit. Thomas seconded the motion. The <br />motion passed unanimously. <br />5. Staff Updates <br />See updates on page 11-13 of the October 2022, OSAB Meeting packet. Further <br />updates and explanations were done in the meeting by Ember. <br />The wildfire risk assessment informational RFP meeting occurred with many potential <br />contractors attending. Council should approve a contract by November 15 unless <br />interviews are necessary. <br />The Davidson Mesa DOLA is currently closed due to fence work. <br />The Davidson Mesa prairie dog colony has rapidly expanded since the fire. <br />Staff has identified a site that will take relocated prairie dogs if it can be done by the end <br />of the month. This is the first relocation site that has been available in 15 years, and <br />relocation is always the preferred method of prairie dog population control.
