The City hereby approves the vacation of the certain 6 foot wide surface <br />rnaintenance easements, the 10 foot wide dirty easement and the 30 foot wide city exclusive Nilny <br />easement. which easements herein vacated is in the locations further described in Exhibit A attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein by tits reference. <br />Section 2. All other ordinances or portions thereof Inconsistent or in conflict with this <br />ordinance or any nodule hereof are repealed to the extent of such inconsistency or conflict <br />Sepbn 3.
