RESOLUTION NO. 54 <br />SERIES 2022 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PRESERVATION AND RESTORATION GRANT <br />FOR THE PETRUN HOUSE AT 600 LINCOLN AVENUE <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Historic Preservation <br />Commission (HPC) an application requesting a Preservation and Restoration Grant for <br />the historical residential property located at 600 Lincoln, on property legally described as <br />Lots 11 & 12, Block 11, Pleasant Hill Addition, City of Louisville, State of Colorado; <br />WHEREAS, City staff and the HPC have reviewed the application and found it to <br />be in compliance with Chapter 15.36.120 of the Louisville Municipal Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the HPC held a properly noticed public hearing on the proposed grant <br />application and has forwarded to the City Council a recommendation of approval; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has duly considered the proposed grant application <br />and the Commission's recommendation and report, and has held a properly noticed public <br />hearing on the application; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed improvements will assist in <br />the preservation of the Petrun House, a local historic landmark. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />Section 1. The City Council hereby approves the Preservation and Restoration <br />Grant for work at the Petrun House, subject to the following: <br />1. Approved preservation items are those in the proposed scope of work to City <br />Council totaling $$40,000. <br />2.
