Exhibit A- Scope of Services <br />Ready to Work, LLC ("Bridge House") shall provide a combination of landscape and <br />maintenance services as directed by the City of Louisville designated staff in the <br />amount not to exceed $150,000.00. <br />Bridge House will charge a rate of $21.82/hr. per trainee and $24.45/hr. for supervisors. <br />Bridge House will bill the City of Louisville monthly for actual time worked. <br />Work dates/hours and crew size shall be agreed upon and scheduled at least 48 hours <br />in advance. <br />Ready to Work Outdoor Crew Services <br />list not all inclusive of services <br />• Parks, Golf or Open Space Projects <br />• Trash Removal <br />• Horticulture Work <br />• General Landscape Maintenance <br />• Amenity Repairs <br />• Graffiti Removal or General Painting <br />12 <br />
